Align bust up is funny but the spooof newspaper articles Gary Newman alerts us to below about Premier African (PREM) are hilarious. But some folks believe them and the shares up up 71%. Bonkers. Elsewhere I look at fund outflow at Miton Group (MGR) and what that all means and at the most overvalued ramps on AIM: Versarien (VRS) and Bidstack (BIDS) where Cynical Bear thinks there is no need for it to warn that it will miss broker forecasts by a mile even though he accepts it will. Strange man.

Cynical Bear warned Benevolent AI would be Neil Woodford’s Kryptonite in May 2018. His coverage before then and his and our coverage since then was amazing and so far ahead of that of the Deadwood Press. The Sunday Times does some “analysis” today and almost gets the same answer we got years ago. Wankers. But it has a new angle: the next funding round will be a savage “down round”. I explain why this will blow Woodford apart exposing to all what a greedy charlatan and chancer he is.

The deadwood press was fawning as a pack over Neil Woodford until relatively recently. For a long time myself and other other writers here, notably Cynical Bear and Nigel Somerville, were lone voices in the wilderness though our analysis was spot on. But in recent times Neil has lost most of his makes but some still stayed loyal.

I will see many of you at UK INvestor today. This was recorded last night as I struggled with my Neil Woodford talk. On that note I praise Cynical Bear for his amazing work on exposing Nomates but also all my colleagues at ShareProphets as working with them (even Darren) really can be good fun. I look like a bit of a prat selling my AIQ (AIQ) at 45p but a 130p share price at the close on Friday is a scandal and benefits no-one. I discuss what an outrage this is in detail and loom back to a similar bout of madness involving my pals Nick Leslau and Nigel Wray back in the dot com era. That was market madness, this is - I think - a genuine scandal.

This podcast was interrupted by the sight of my friend the feral cat. Three years ago I gave a black and white feral kitten who had wandered up to the hovel some milk. I am not sure if it is the same creature but now and again a black and white cat stalks the hovel in search of snakes and rats to eat. I hope its the same cat. Anyhow I am excited to see him again and got a picture as you can see below despite him, being feral, not being that friendly. The podcast itself covers Adam Reynolds and the Adam Reynolds stocks many of which we own. I do this in response to Cynical Bear's ill informed mud slinging of earlier.

Cynical Bear has written a fascinating article today on Simian Global (SMG) - HERE. Cynical Bear you are a wuss. You are far too generous about this crock of Turkish. If one goes to the prospectus and then cross references with companies house you will find a story of true horrors, something that the prospectus fails to mention, indeed it deliberately gives you a completely different impression. This prospectus stains all involved with it ( directors Edward Ng and Ajay Rajpal, Peterhouse Corporate Finance, Edwin Coe and the UKLA) with complete shame. How on earth do these folks sleep at night? My target price for the shares is 0p.

I think that Koovs (KOOV) is a basket case anyway but the manner in which it disclosed information - or lack of it - this morning is disgusting and treats private investors with contempt. The Gulf Keystone (GKP ) RNS is a shocker & I have cut my target price to well below 10p. Some folks just don't seem to accept how the oil price has changed everything and I discuss why certain stocks are now well and truly toast notably Northern Petroleum (NOP), IGAS (IGAS) and LGO Energy (TOAST). I am delighted to see that Cynical Bear's articles yesterday have had some impact and comment on Corero (CNS) in detail. And then Afriag (AFRI).
