Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Neil Woodford, the book by myself, Cynical Bear and Nigel Somerville

The FT says today that no-one emerges from the Neil Woodford scandal with any credit. I beg to disagree with the PR cocksuckers at the deadwood press yet again. Meanwhile three folks who do emerge with real credit are now negotiating a book deal. I also look at Brady (BRY) and its crazy share price and in detail at uber dog Plutus Powergen (PPG)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Premier African shares soar on spoof newspaper articles (below)

Align bust up is funny but the spooof newspaper articles Gary Newman alerts us to below about Premier African (PREM) are hilarious. But some folks believe them and the shares up up 71%. Bonkers. Elsewhere I look at fund outflow at Miton Group (MGR) and what that all means and at the most overvalued ramps on AIM: Versarien (VRS) and Bidstack (BIDS) where Cynical Bear thinks there is no need for it to warn that it will miss broker forecasts by a mile even though he accepts it will. Strange man.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the krypotonite at the heart of Neil Woodford's crumbling empire is Benevolent AI and it is now glowing

Cynical Bear warned Benevolent AI would be Neil Woodford’s Kryptonite in May 2018. His coverage before then and his and our coverage since then was amazing and so far ahead of that of the Deadwood Press. The Sunday Times does some “analysis” today and almost gets the same answer we got years ago. Wankers. But it has a new angle: the next funding round will be a savage “down round”. I explain why this will blow Woodford apart exposing to all what a greedy charlatan and chancer he is.

Who made the worst Neil Woodford call? Egg on Face Contest

The deadwood press was fawning as a pack over Neil Woodford until relatively recently. For a long time myself and other other writers here, notably Cynical Bear and Nigel Somerville, were lone voices in the wilderness though our analysis was spot on. But in recent times Neil has lost most of his makes but some still stayed loyal.

Do the Fandango – Charles Tatnall reveals the money go round

Cynical Bear has been in touch to flag up more strange money go round happenings in the Standard List mini empire of worthless shell companies controlled by Charles Tatnall. For Fandango Holdings (FHP) has just released its results for calendar 2018.  It loks grim but also odd.

Big Sofa, Results, placing, tip of the year looking very good indeed: BUY ( I have)

Cynical Bear is yet to comment ”told y’all” but being a drearily predictable fellow, it cannot be long now. Big Sofa (BST) has had another placing. But this one is different. I was made an insider on Wednesday and opted to take part and expect my 4p investment to double in pretty short order and to be well ahead of that by Christmas.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Barclays Banksters are wankers - piano wire is what they deserve

I start with a rant about Barclays (BARC) banksters and how much I despise and loathe them. I then discuss Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP) a Big Dave Lenigas lobster pot from which I escaped today. I move onto Andalas (ADL) and have a challenge for a sad geek with time on his hands, I nominate Drunken Sailor. I look at Xaar (XAR), Crawshaw (CRAW) and finally at Optibiotix (OPTI). I owe cynical bear a glass of ouzo but drank it myself on his behalf. Warning, this podcast contains bad language throughout.

Photo Article: Cynical Bear does the decent thing on Optibiotix

For eons Cynical Bear has made one of his seven things that will never happen series, that Optibiotix (OPTI) shares would not reach 100p. As you may have twigged, they have reached and now breached, closing last night at 124p. And with a very pregnant deal pipeline so a stack of RNS's on the way, we who ignored the old Bear are feeling happy. I teased him that by way of apology he should send a bottle of ouzo to Sheriff of AIM Towers. He is a good man old Cynical Bear. Late last night, guess what arrived...

Argo Blockchain - 195% upside in share price claims Gollum

We had the bear case on Argo Blockchain (ARB) from Cynical Bear over the weekend, I corrected a few points in bearcast yesterday but admit that I am clueless about my first blockchain stag. Now we have the bull case, 195% upside from 12.5p. The shares are now 13p. I should caveat that the detailed research report below was penned by the dribbling refugee from the Northern slums, the widely despised Richard "Gollum" Gill but if you are interested...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: no need to send ouzo: my advice to Pantheon Resources is on me, just because I am such a nice guy

In today's podcast I look once again at Argo BlockChain (ARB) filling in a few errors and ommissions by Cynical Bear. I cover Ascent Resources (AST) which looks grim, WanDisco (WAND) and Pantheon Resources (PANR) where, once again, I demonstrate what a terribly nice chap I am.

More Adam Reynolds humble pie for Cynical Bear as Optibiotix hits 100p & more to come – where’s my ouzo?

First there was his flip flop On Sosandar (SOS) when he ‘fessed that his bearishness was an error. Now Cynical Bear’s much repeated claim in his seven things that won’t happen series, that Optibiotix (OPTI) would not hit 100p is in tatters too as the shares have this morning touched that level. Time for another volte face? And more importantly…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: ahead of his next helping of Reynolds humble pie, Cynical Bear sticks his todger in the Versarien hornet's nest - FWIW

Ok miserable bastards. I have a train walk with Joshua tonight, a very long one on Sunday (to Chew I think) and then the big 32 miler in just eight days. So donate to Woodlarks NOW! HERE. In the podcast I look at Versarien (VRS), Optibiotix (OPTI), Big Sofa (BST), Sosandar (SOS), Audioboom (BOOM), Wh Ireland (WHI), Symphony Environmental (SYM) and Feedback (FDBK)

Tom Winnifith Bearcast - Will the Lombard crew be prosecuted for fraud & I'd rather not write in ignorance like Cynical Bear

It is a day off from training, after yesterday's ten mile walk. My 75 year old coach, Brian Basham, says I must rest my muscles. I restart again tomorrow but how about you donate a tenner to a great cause and sponsor me HERE? Meanwhile i discuss Cynical Bear's latest piece written in ignorance on Big Sofa (BST). He might be right and I may be wrong. So far he has called it right. But what we do know is that he is guessing and writing in ignorance, I'd rather not do that. Then I look at fund managers making pathetic excuses for their own failure over Persimmon (PSN). Finally after today's shocking Lombard (LRM) expose HERE I ask will the authorities finally hold individuals to account to show they really want to stamp out fraud.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - the difference between private company and PLC account preparing - profit is a matter of opinion!

I start by noting I have received a begging email from Primary Bid re the Merio offer. Cynical Bear is right - avoid like the plague! Then as I finalise annual accounts for companies house for FIML and ShareProphets (loss in both cases) I explain the different motives of those preparing private company and listed company accounts and some tricks I could have used to show profits. But why would I have done that? Finally...98% of bearcast listeners  have NOT yet sponsored myself and Brokerman Dan for our 30 mile Woodlarks walk. If you enjoy bearcast I am sure you can spare a tenner so donate HERE  - to those who have donated I say thank you.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - picking up Andrew Monk on a couple of things

Forgive the late bearcast. Blame it on Greek Hovel business. In today's podcast I look at Folli Follie, shares in which are slumping again as I warned you the other day HERE - tomorrow might be D (for Death) Day. I then take up Andrew Monk on AIQ (AIQ), Petra Diamonds (PDL) and the idea of consolidating brokers and Nomads via M&A. It makes no sense Andrew. Then I look at the GoTech (GOT) shambles - its now a dope play but frankly you must be a dope to own this stock. Then I cover Optibiotix (OPTI) again with a point folks like Cynical Bear have missed. Finally its i3 Energy (I3E). Thanks to those who have sponsored me as I suffer the dual agonies of walking 30 miles and having to listen to Brokerman Dan drone on all day, but 99% of bearcast listeners have not yet donated a tenner. Please do so HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Is a Cynical sinner set to repent and Andalas is 'avin' a Turkish

In terms of the sinner who is repenting (or is he?) I refer to our own dear Cynical Bear and Sosandar (SOS) where I own a few shares. Andalas (ADL) will still not answer my four questions and now wants to gag me if it does. It is 'avin' a Turkish. I consider Midatech Pharma (MTPH) and an RNS which brings back memories of a glass of sherry and a philosophy tute at Oxford with Dr Malpas. Then it is on to Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) and to Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP). Finally I give the timing of our £1 billion fraud takedown tonight.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - in awe of Cynical Bear and all my colleagues and feeling like a prat ( or not) over the AIQ scandal

I will see many of you at UK INvestor today. This was recorded last night as I struggled with my Neil Woodford talk. On that note I praise Cynical Bear for his amazing work on exposing Nomates but also all my colleagues at ShareProphets as working with them (even Darren) really can be good fun. I look like a bit of a prat selling my AIQ (AIQ) at 45p but a 130p share price at the close on Friday is a scandal and benefits no-one. I discuss what an outrage this is in detail and loom back to a similar bout of madness involving my pals Nick Leslau and Nigel Wray back in the dot com era. That was market madness, this is - I think - a genuine scandal.

Tom Winnifrith Boxing Day Bearcast, if Neil Woodford had a bad 2017 here is why 2018 will be much worse and soon

The most excellent Cynical Bear series on the massive issues that Neil "Nomates" Woodford faces and questions he must answer drew to a close yesterday HERE. Now I go further pushing those questions just a bit more, asdking new ones and outlining three scenarions that could see the Nomates empire and all his funds crumble very quickly indeed.

Tom Winnifrith photo Bearcast - my friend the Greek Hovel cat is back & setting the record straight on Adam Reynolds

This podcast was interrupted by the sight of my friend the feral cat. Three years ago I gave a black and white feral kitten who had wandered up to the hovel some milk. I am not sure if it is the same creature but now and again a black and white cat stalks the hovel in search of snakes and rats to eat. I hope its the same cat. Anyhow I am excited to see him again and got a picture as you can see below despite him, being feral, not being that friendly. The podcast itself covers Adam Reynolds and the Adam Reynolds stocks many of which we own. I do this in response to Cynical Bear's ill informed mud slinging of earlier.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - in praise of Waseem Shakoor

Waseem has a few wise things to say and I note why I always listen to him even if he is being beastly about a stock I own. Do you really benefit from closing your ears to a contrary viewpoint from a guy who is more often right than wrong? No. Elsewhere I look at how gravity cannot be defied forever and Inspirit (INSP), Avanti Comms (AVN), I3 Energy (I3E). Then I answer a question on Falanx (FLX) where I am long and very happy as results loom, about Snoozebox (ZZZ) which has gone tits up (Sheriff 1, Cynical Bear 0) and finally what to make of the Persimmon (PSN) statement.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Cynical Bear and Theresa May talk from ignorance & get it wrong: Big Sofa & Capitalism

I start with a discussion on Big Sofa (BST) prompted by Cynical Bear's article today which is just wrong. CB writes HERE. Then it is onto capitalism and the useless Theresa May and then on to another reason why house prices are set to crash. Finally I discuss forward selling and whether it is wrong or illegal

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Paternoster Resources why cheap could be incredibly expensive

I comment on the hopeless response of smug MPs and the established media to yesterday's terror attack on my own website in a podcast HERE. On the markets I look at expectations management at Next (NXT), at how we know or knew about the balance sheet at Toople (TOOP) covered HERE by Cynical Bear or Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) heading for 0p and covered in detail by me earlier HERE. I look at Public Services Properties (PSPI ) and what its AIM casino departure says about RTOs and contingent liabilities - which reminds me again of New World Oil & Gas (NEW). Finally I have a detailed look at the strange world of Paternoster Resources (PRS), not a stock you have to own in any way. PS Cynical Bear is not me. Can you see any typos in his articles?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - a New Prospectus brings shame on all concerned - shockingly misleading

Cynical Bear has written a fascinating article today on Simian Global (SMG) - HERE. Cynical Bear you are a wuss. You are far too generous about this crock of Turkish. If one goes to the prospectus and then cross references with companies house you will find a story of true horrors, something that the prospectus fails to mention, indeed it deliberately gives you a completely different impression. This prospectus stains all involved with it ( directors Edward Ng and Ajay Rajpal, Peterhouse Corporate Finance, Edwin Coe and the UKLA) with complete shame. How on earth do these folks sleep at night? My target price for the shares is 0p.

Challenger Acquisitions chairman quits after just 358 days as company admits its in real trouble

Cynical Bear is probably onto his second bottle of ouzo by now thanks to today's news from Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL). 2016 in review: our top 30 articles and Tom's ten most read non financial pieces

As the year draws to a close it is only natural that we look back on the past twelve months. And it has been twelve months of achievement. It is a great achievement in that our writers have continued to write exactly what they want without any editorial interference. So Cynical Bear & Gary Newman have knocked shares I own. So what? We really do support free speech.  And it has been a year when we have "dealt with" more frauds and lies on the AIM casino and the main market than ever before. That really is the USP of ShareProphets.

Running out of cash Leni Gas Cuba accelerates the spunk with another crap deal

As Cynical Bear showed HERE, Leni Gas Cuba (CUBA) is running out of cash fast. So what to do? Aha, piss more away on another crap deal. And so..

Bulletin Board Moron of the Week - I am Spartacus, No you are all Tom Winnifrith

Cynical Bear has discovered a gem of madness on the LSE Asylum. It seems that if anyone posts a bearish piece on this website it does not matter who the author is named as, the piece was actually written by me, Indeed I am a busy chap because such loons are also convinced that I spend my entire day posting bearish comments on various bulletin boards under various nom de plumes. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 24 April: More Brexit lies as fraudster Rob Terry breaks cover: why?

I start this podcast with a bit of a reflection on one or two excellent pieces this weekend notably my own stuff on African Potash (AFPO) and the Horse Hill ramp but also the cracking piece today by Cynical Bear on Fast Forward (FFWD). Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 11 Jan - Koovs Disgusts me, Afriag - incoming!

I think that Koovs (KOOV) is a basket case anyway but the manner in which it disclosed information - or lack of it - this morning is disgusting and treats private investors with contempt. The Gulf Keystone (GKP ) RNS is a shocker & I have cut my target price to well below 10p. Some folks just don't seem to accept how the oil price has changed everything and I discuss why certain stocks are now well and truly toast notably Northern Petroleum (NOP), IGAS (IGAS) and LGO Energy (TOAST).  I am delighted to see that Cynical Bear's articles yesterday have had some impact and comment on Corero (CNS) in detail. And then Afriag (AFRI). Its my birthday tomorrow and I have a present for Yusuf Kajee to celebrate. Incoming!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 10 January - Denial from Evil and you dear readers on Xtract & Watchstone

Evil Knievil sent me a snotty email on Watchstone (WTG) of which he is long. I think he is a bit in denial. All this is discussed in today's podcast.
